Individual Income Tax - We prepare individual income tax returns for the
Federal and all states that have an income tax. All returns that are qualified
are filed electronically unless client requests otherwise. We can file any
required forms including Business, Farm, Rental, Alternative Minimum Tax
etc. Our aim is that you pay the least tax that is legally required.
Business Income Tax - Business tax returns can also be prepared for the
Federal and all states. We prepare returns for corporations, partnerships,
L.L.C.s and sole proprietors. We also prepare income tax returns for
estates and trusts.
In all areas of income tax preparation we can prepare amended and prior
year returns. We can represent any taxpayer before any level of Internal
Revenue Service regardless of who prepared the return. We prepare
non-income tax returns such as estate tax returns; excise tax returns; and
'heavy highway vehicle use tax' returns.
We offer a full-service payroll service.
We can compute the payroll with all required federal, state and local
required deductions. We can handle multi-state payroll We can also
handle any other deductions that apply to your particular business. We
prepare all required tax deposits and returns including all year-end reports
including printing of W-2s. We provide all payroll forms including W-4s
(federal and state) and I-9s.
We provide laser printed checks with two stubs. We supply the check stock
so you do not need to buy preprinted checks.
We will track the deductions such as loan payments; child support
payments; insurance deductions; and retirement contributions. We will print
the these checks as well as any reports required. We can track accrued
vacation time as well as personal time and sick leave time. We can answer
all those annoying papers you get from the government requesting
information about your employees. If your payroll account is a separate
bank account we will balance your checkbook. We do all of this so you can
devote your time to managing your business.
We have a dedicated fax line available to our clients and customers.
Outgoing fax service is available any time that the office is open. Incoming
faxes can be received 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Provided that
we have your contact information we will contact you at the beginning of the
